KinBridge
Nursing home software

The care your home gives, evidenced every single day.

KinBridge turns the work your team already does into a daily report every family understands. Fewer calls interrupting the shift, less friction at reception, and an orderly record that backs your home up the day someone asks what happened three weeks ago.

What it costs not to be able to show it

Caring well isn't enough: you have to be able to show it.

Your team does excellent work. What costs you money is almost never the care — it's everything that happens because nobody outside the home gets to see it.

01

The phone eats the shift

Every family calls to ask the same thing, and whoever answers stops caring for someone to do it. Nobody gets billed for that time, but you pay for it in staffing — and the answer still comes out different every time.

02

With no record, nobody's word counts

The day a family, an insurer or an inspector asks what happened three weeks ago, the answer is in a notebook, in the memory of a shift that already went home, or nowhere at all. And whoever lacks the record is the one who has to explain.

03

To the person deciding, every home looks alike

Someone choosing where to take their mother compares photos and prices, because nobody has given them anything better to compare. Showing how you report each day is the one thing the home next door can't copy.

How it works

Three steps, and none of them adds new work.

No team adopts a tool that piles on tasks. Caregivers already observe and already write things down; KinBridge just makes that leave the home in good order.

  1. 1

    The caregiver records the day

One checklist per shift on a phone or tablet: meals, hygiene, medication, mood, mobility and rest. Only what falls outside the norm needs detail, so it takes minutes and needs no training.

  2. 2

    The supervisor approves it

A second clinical check before anything leaves the home. Approve, correct or send it back, and there's a record of who signed off on what. Nothing reaches the family without passing through here.

  3. 3

The family receives it in their language

In their portal, with the photo of the day and a message they can save, print or take to the doctor. And if something urgent happens they don't wait for the report: the alert goes out instantly.

What's included

Everything a care home needs, in a single tool.

No tiers to compare and no features held back for whoever pays more: there is one price and it includes everything from day one.

Fall alerts that don't get ignored

If a resident falls, the alert reaches staff phones with sound and stays on screen until someone responds, even when the app is closed.

Medication with time and author

Every dose, with its time and who administered it. And also what wasn't given: skipped or refused, with the reason. That record is what backs you up when someone asks.

Daily report and PDF summary

A clear document the family can save, print or take to the doctor, and it goes out with your home's name on it. Shared over WhatsApp in one tap.

Wellbeing indices

Appetite, hydration, mood, mobility and rest, measured over time. You see the trend while there's still room to act, not once there's something to explain.

Visit requests

The family proposes a day and time, the home confirms or offers another. No more unannounced visits or crossed wires at reception.

Several homes, a single invoice

If you run more than one home, you manage them all from the same login and receive a single monthly charge, whether you have one care home or twelve.

What sets us apart

Details that only occur to someone who knows a care home.

The document comes out in the family's language

Not the home's. If the daughter reads in English and the caregiver works in Spanish, each one sees their own — from the same report, with nothing translated by hand and nobody asked to interpret.

Spiritual support, only if it was asked for

An optional section the family switches on when registering the resident. If they didn't ask for it, it doesn't exist: not in the app, not in the report, not in the PDF. Showing it greyed out to someone who said no is exactly the friction this avoids.

The photo of the day expires in 24 hours

It's a courtesy photo, not an archive. It's visible during the day and then it's gone. Less data kept is less risk, for your home and for the family.

Pricing

One single plan. No surprises on the invoice.

One price per home, a single charge per group and no feature hidden behind a higher tier.

Frequently asked questions

Before you register your care home.

Is there a minimum commitment?

No. KinBridge is billed month to month and you can cancel whenever you want, with no penalty and no forced contract. The month you already paid for is yours to finish using.

What if I need more than 50 accounts?

Each additional account costs $10 a month, whatever the role. You can deactivate accounts at any time and they stop being billed immediately, so the invoice follows the real size of your team.

Do I need to buy tablets or new equipment?

No. KinBridge runs in the browser on the phones your team already carries, and installs to the home screen like an app so it can receive alerts. A tablet shared across the shift works just as well.

How long does it take to roll out in my care home?

The daily checklist replaces paper from the very first shift, so there's no data migration and no long training: you configure the home, add your team and your residents, and it's running.

I run several care homes. Do I pay one invoice or several?

One. The subscription belongs to the account holder rather than the home: you manage every branch from the same login and receive a single monthly charge, whether you have one care home or twelve.

How is resident data protected?

All information travels over an encrypted connection (TLS) and is stored encrypted at rest. Each home sees only its own residents and each family member only their own, and photos of the day expire after 24 hours to minimise what stays stored.

What languages does the family receive the report in?

Spanish, English and Portuguese. Each family member sees the report in their own language while staff work in theirs, without the home having to translate anything by hand.

If I cancel, do I lose the history?

Nothing is deleted. Cancelling or stopping payment withdraws access, not the information: records, reports and history stay where they are, and reactivating the account brings it all back as it was. A resident's record isn't destroyed over an expired card.

The peace of mind of knowing, every day, how the person you love most is doing.

That sentence is what your care home sells every family that visits it. KinBridge is the tool that makes it verifiable.
